Fast & Simple Order Cancellation

We understand plans change. You can easily request cancellation of your order prior to dispatch from our fulfillment center.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of order placement or before the courier tracking number (AWB) is generated. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order, please reach out with your Order ID and registered mobile number via:

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refund is initiated immediately and takes 24-48 business hours to reflect in your original payment source (UPI / Bank Account).
