Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Policy Following Order Delivery

In accordance with standard commercial practices for direct-to-consumer promotional goods and hygiene standards, once a consignment has been successfully delivered and received by the customer (or representative at the designated shipping address), the sale is deemed conclusive and final.

Consequently, post-delivery returns, return pickups, or monetary refunds are strictly non-permissible for reasons including, but not limited to: personal preference, change of mind, subjective expectation, external handling, or standard post-transit variations.

2. Transit Damage & Defective Item Exception

We stand by our product integrity prior to dispatch. If a product is received in a physically damaged condition resulting from courier transit, the customer is eligible for a Free Replacement under the following mandatory verification criteria:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous, single-take, unedited unboxing video showing the outer shipping label, sealed package opening, and the identified defect must be recorded at the immediate time of delivery.
• 24-Hour Notice Window: The incident along with video proof and Order ID must be transmitted to official support within 24 hours of delivery status confirmation. Claims submitted thereafter are null and non-actionable.
• Replacement Only: Approved transit claims are resolved strictly via identical item replacement dispatch. No cash or payment-source refund shall be issued.

3. Order Cancellation Prior to Shipment

Orders may be cancelled prior to logistics manifest generation (AWB booking). Once an order enters the courier sorting hub, logistics handover is irreversible and transit cannot be recalled.
